Students and Teachers prepare for finals
posted on January 16, 2008

There’s anticipation in the air as the first semester of the 2007-08 school year comes to an end. With the semester coming to an end students and teachers prepare for the last obstacle of the semester-Finals

Teachers are working steadily as they organize their finals for the semester. Students are waiting for the time when they can finally say “goodbye” to one class so they can move on to another.

This year there will be the usual essays to write, books to read, make-up work to be done and tests to study for. Teachers will test everything from angle degrees to history years to make sure their students are ready to move on to the next level.

For some students, getting ready for finals means long hours of studying while for others it means last minute cram sessions. Some teachers have made it easy for their students by giving them study sheets or projects that amount to a percentage of their final test grade. Other teachers have opted to give the usual exams.

Starting Thursday and onto Friday, students will go through final testing for the 2007-2008 Fall Semester. The students will prove to the teachers everything they have learned throughout the semester in their respected classes.
